Make the destination part of the brief.
For an enquiry outside the UAE, include the delivery city or port, the receiving organisation and any required product or import documentation. Supply and export arrangements need to be confirmed for the particular product and destination.
Confirm the quotation scope.
Ask which accessories, packing, shipping, insurance, installation and support arrangements are included. Confirm freight, duties and local requirements with the appropriate parties before placing an order.
