This URL originally concerned a preview of Arab Health 2025. That edition is now in the past. The text here is a reconstructed planning guide, not recovered original reporting, a current event announcement or a claim that Adamsmed exhibited. Consult the event organiser for official historical details and future event information.
Set a purpose for the visit
For a healthcare procurement team, an exhibition visit is most useful when it addresses defined clinical and operational questions. Prepare a shortlist of equipment categories, existing workflow problems and replacement priorities. Separate exploratory discussions from purchases requiring a formal specification and approval process.
Use demonstrations to test requirements
Ask exhibitors to identify the exact model, software options and accessories used in a demonstration. Discuss intended use, infrastructure needs, cleaning, staff training and compatibility with your facility. A demonstration can help a shortlist, but it does not replace clinical evaluation, compliance checks or acceptance testing.
Keep supplier discussions comparable
Use the same checklist for each supplier: configuration, consumables, warranty, installation, service arrangements and delivery assumptions. Record the representative's contact details and request written answers to unresolved questions. Do not treat an exhibition offer as evidence of stock, regulatory approval or support coverage.
Follow up after the exhibition
Review notes with clinical, technical and purchasing colleagues before selecting a supplier. Obtain current written quotations and model-specific documents. Verify any event dates, attendance figures, exhibitor lists or programme details with the organiser rather than relying on an outdated preview.
Discuss your equipment requirements
For model availability, specifications and a written quotation, contact Adamsmed. You can also browse equipment categories. Confirm suitability with the responsible clinical and technical team before purchase.
